Many congratulations on the auspicious fruition of all your hard work.

(Read all that with a southern accent. And laugh.)

Thank you Saty. Now we have to finish with the remaining Congressional Districts (of which MN has 8)and then get moving on the state convention.

Because of redistricting due to the census, a new constitution needed to adopted. There was one significant change that we the Paulistas made which will strangle (for a period of 10 years) any attempt by a NomComm to prohibit nominees for consideration.

The Nominating Committee shall put forward in nomination any person.

The Nominating Committee shall report names in the order that Nominations come in.

Nominations may not come in until after the first credentials report
of the Convention.

The Nominating committee shall not make any recommendations or signals on the ballot or verbally specify any differences in candidates or their qualifications.

The nominating committee shall meet in the front of the convention hall to acquire names
of nominees.

No other responsibilities may be given to the Nominating committee and any rules doing so are out of order.
