It violates Individual Rights to ban smoking in a privately owned establishment too and yet politicians and people seemed to have no compunction with that. You folks best check yo’ premises cuz one of them is false.

can forget the padre on the
carrier flight deck lighting one up and placing it in the dying
sailor's lips as he administered last rites?)
I can't think of anything
that is taxed more severely
(my pipe tobacco basically costs $5/can with a $30 tax)nor any group which is
more villified. Knew a lady who tried to quit, took up nicotine pills and became addicted to them..
I guess she would be acceptable in NY public
parks...!?
Will hookahs for Arabs still be permitted? Just asking.
