Why the Minnesota Vikings Lost

They went with Heads on the OT coin toss. Dude...tails never fails.

Got it? Get it? Good.

I thought you were going to say it was Bush's fault!

As an old Vikes fan, I thought the Saints got away with a lot of rough stuff on Favre; jumping him after he passed, etc. Just looking at the game stats, New Orleans did rather poorly. Sour grapes..I lived in New Brighton during the
'Purple People Eater' days. Not a big fan of 'sudden death' either;
the college overtime rules make much more sense. As for "Got it? Get it?", I figure the odds are 50/50 with an honest and balanced
coin..remember in Jr. High statistics how we had to flip a
dang nickel 500 times and record the results? (if there is some trick, let me know!)

You'd think that yeah the odds are 50/50 but the adage still stands my friend.

Tails never fails.

I always pick tails for that very reason!

All kidding aside, I was talking about this the minute after the game was over.
This Sudden Death" ruling is very unfair. As it was, the Vikings or whoever the other team may be don't even get a chance to have to ball if the other team scores first.
It should be another 15 minute overtime period.

By the way Beth, I always go for "Tails" myself.
